तैर आख्याता भवतां यज्ञभूमिः; समीक्ष्य चैनां तवरितम उपागतॊ ऽसमि हविर गन्धं देशिकं यज्ञभूमेर; धूमापाङ्गं परतिगृह्य परतीतः ॥ १-८४-२१ ॥

sanskrit

'They directed me to this holy sacrificial ground of yours. Witnessing the billowing smoke darkening the sky and inhaling the fragrance of ghee poured continuously into the fire, I am drawn toward your domain, filled with joy as I join you.' ॥ 1-84-21 ॥

english translation

taira AkhyAtA bhavatAM yajJabhUmiH; samIkSya cainAM tavaritama upAgatò 'sami havira gandhaM dezikaM yajJabhUmera; dhUmApAGgaM paratigRhya paratItaH ॥ 1-84-21 ॥
