नापुष्पः पादपः कश चिन नाफलॊ नापि कण्टकी षट पदैर वाप्य अनाकीर्णस तस्मिन वै कानने ऽभवत ॥ १-६४-६ ॥
'Every tree in the forest bore fruits, none were without prickles, and all were adorned with the buzzing presence of swarming bees. The entire woodland echoed with the harmonious melody of the winged choristers.' ॥ 1-64-6 ॥
english translation
nApuSpaH pAdapaH kaza cina nAphalò nApi kaNTakI SaTa padaira vApya anAkIrNasa tasmina vai kAnane 'bhavata ॥ 1-64-6 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविहगैर नादितं पुष्पैर अलंकृतम अतीव च सर्वर्तुकुसुमैर वृक्षैर अतीव सुखशाद्वलम मनॊरमं महेष्वासॊ विवेश वनम उत्तमम ॥ १-६४-७ ॥
'Adorned excessively with flowers and resounded by the chirping of birds, and with trees bearing flowers of all seasons, making it extremely pleasant with lush grass, the great archer entered into the enchanting and supreme forest.' ॥ 1-64-7 ॥
english translation
vihagaira nAditaM puSpaira alaMkRtama atIva ca sarvartukusumaira vRkSaira atIva sukhazAdvalama manòramaM maheSvAsò viveza vanama uttamama ॥ 1-64-7 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमारुतागलितास तत्र दरुमाः कुसुमशालिनः पुष्पवृष्टिं विचित्रां सम वयसृजंस ते पुनः पुनः ॥ १-६४-८ ॥
'There, the trees laden with flowers, gently swayed by the wind, released a colorful shower of flowers, again and again, creating a mesmerizing spectacle.' ॥ 1-64-8 ॥

mArutAgalitAsa tatra darumAH kusumazAlinaH puSpavRSTiM vicitrAM sama vayasRjaMsa te punaH punaH ॥ 1-64-8 ॥

'Then, touched by daylight and filled with the sweet sounds of birds, the trees there shone brightly, adorned with a variety of colorful flowers.' ॥ 1-64-9 ॥

divaspRzò 'tha saMghuSTAH pakSibhira madhurasvaraiH virejuH pAdapAsa tatra vicitrakusumAmbarAH ॥ 1-64-9 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतेषां तत्र परवालेषु पुष्पभारावनामिषु रुवन्ति रावं विहगाः षट पदैः सहिता मृदु ॥ १-६४-१० ॥
'And around their branches hanging down with the weight of flowers the bees tempted by the honey hummed in sweet chorus.' ॥ 1-64-10 ॥
