यानि भूतानि सन्तीह सथावराणि चराणि च अन्तर्हितानि वा यानि तानि शृण्वन्तु मे वचः ।। १-४२-११ ।।

sanskrit

'Having entered the forest, the wise sage, driven by the intention of benefiting his ancestors, proclaimed, "I shall seek a bride," articulating these words thrice. He continued, "May all living beings, both mobile and immobile, and those that are unseen, hear my words."' ।। 1-42-11 ।।

english translation

yAni bhUtAni santIha sathAvarANi carANi ca antarhitAni vA yAni tAni zRNvantu me vacaH || 1-42-11 ||
