'As the festivities unfolded across the kingdom, Arjuna and Krishna, scions of the Kuru and Dasharha dynasties respectively, quietly slipped away to explore a nearby locale of captivating beauty.' ॥ 1-214-26 ॥

tasmiMsa tathA vartamAne kuru dAzArhanandanau samIpe jagmatuH kaM cida uddezaM sumanòharama ॥ 1-214-26 ॥

'O monarch, the noble Krishna and the conqueror of hostile cities, Arjuna, went there and seated themselves upon two exceedingly luxurious thrones.' ॥ 1-214-27 ॥

'There, reminiscing about their past heroic exploits and delightful experiences, Partha (Arjuna) and Madhava (Krishna) enjoyed themselves, recounting many tales.' ॥ 1-214-28 ॥

'There, seated joyfully like the Ashvins on the back of heaven, the Brahmin approached Vasudeva and Dhananjaya (Arjuna) at that time.' ॥ 1-214-29 ॥

बृहच छाल परतीकाशः परतप्तकनकप्रभः हरि पिङ्गॊ हरि शमश्रुः परमाणायामतः समः ॥ १-२१४-३० ॥

'The majestic figure stood tall like a mighty sala tree, his form gleaming with the radiance of pure gold, his tawny eyes and beard lending him a fierce beauty, while his perfectly proportioned physique exuded strength and grace.' ॥ 1-214-30 ॥
