सुखॊपविष्टं तु पुरॊहितं तं; युधिष्ठिरॊ बराह्मणम इत्य उवाच पाञ्चालराजेन सुता निसृष्टा; सवधर्मदृष्टेन यथानुकामम ।। १-१८५-२२ ।।

'Then Yudhishthira spoke to the priest, saying, "The king of Panchala has given away his daughter with a specified dower, following the customs of his lineage rather than freely. This hero has fulfilled that requirement and thus won the princess."' ।। 1-185-22 ।।

english translation

sukhòpaviSTaM tu puròhitaM taM; yudhiSThirò barAhmaNama itya uvAca pAJcAlarAjena sutA nisRSTA; savadharmadRSTena yathAnukAmama || 1-185-22 ||
