निःशब्दे तु कृते तस्मिन धृष्टद्युम्नॊ विशां पते रङ्गमध्यगतस तत्र मेघगम्भीरया गिरा वाक्यम उच्चैर जगादेदं शलक्ष्णम अर्थवद उत्तमम ।। १-१७६-३३ ।।

sanskrit

'As the vast amphitheatre fell silent, O monarch, Dhrishtadyumna, whose voice resonated deep like the beat of a kettledrum or the rumble of clouds, took his sister's arm and stood amidst the gathering. With a voice as loud and profound as thunder, he spoke these words of profound significance to the assembled kings:' ।। 1-176-33 ।।

niHzabde tu kRte tasmina dhRSTadyumnò vizAM pate raGgamadhyagatasa tatra meghagambhIrayA girA vAkyama uccaira jagAdedaM zalakSNama arthavada uttamama || 1-176-33 ||
