पित्रा तयक्ता तथा मात्रा भरात्रा चाहम असंशयम दुःखाद दुःखतरं पराप्य मरियेयम अतथॊचिता ।। १-१४७-९ ।।

sanskrit

'Having been abandoned by father, mother, and brother, undoubtedly, I will be more sorrowful than the sorrow itself, and thus, it would be inappropriate to survive.' ।। 1-147-9 ।।

english translation

pitrA tayaktA tathA mAtrA bharAtrA cAhama asaMzayama duHkhAda duHkhataraM parApya mariyeyama atathòcitA || 1-147-9 ||
