एताम अत्यद्भुतां वाचं कुन्तीपुत्रस्य सूतके उक्तवान वायुर आकाशे कुन्ती शुश्राव चास्य ताम ॥ १-११४-३६ ॥
'Vayu spoke these extraordinary words to Kunti's son, Sudake, and Kunti heard them in the sky.' ॥ 1-114-36 ॥
english translation
etAma atyadbhutAM vAcaM kuntIputrasya sUtake uktavAna vAyura AkAze kuntI zuzrAva cAsya tAma ॥ 1-114-36 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptवाचम उच्चारिताम उच्चैस तां निशम्य तपस्विनाम बभूव परमॊ हर्षः शतशृङ्गनिवासिनाम ॥ १-११४-३७ ॥
'Hearing the words uttered loudly by the ascetics, there arose great joy among the residents of Satasringa.' ॥ 1-114-37 ॥

vAcama uccAritAma uccaisa tAM nizamya tapasvinAma babhUva paramò harSaH zatazRGganivAsinAma ॥ 1-114-37 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथा देव ऋषीणां च सेन्द्राणां च दिवौकसाम आकाशे दुन्दुभीनां च बभूव तुमुलः सवनः ॥ १-११४-३८ ॥
'Thus, in the sky of the gods and the kings of the sages, there arose a tumultuous clamor akin to the reverberating sound of drums.' ॥ 1-114-38 ॥

tathA deva RSINAM ca sendrANAM ca divaukasAma AkAze dundubhInAM ca babhUva tumulaH savanaH ॥ 1-114-38 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउदतिष्ठन महाघॊषः पुष्पवृष्टिभिर आवृतः समवेत्य च देवानां गणाः पार्थम अपूजयन ॥ १-११४-३९ ॥
'Rising with a great roar, surrounded by showers of flowers, and assembling the hosts of gods, they worshipped Partha (Arjuna).' ॥ 1-114-39 ॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptकाद्रवेया वैनतेया गन्धर्वाप्सरसस तथा परजानां पतयः सर्वे सप्त चैव महर्षयः ॥ १-११४-४० ॥
'The sons of Kadru, the son of Vinata, Gandharvas, Apsaras, and all other divine beings, along with the seven great sages, paid homage to him.' ॥ 1-114-40 ॥
