हित्वा परासादनिलयं शुभानि शयनानि च अरण्यनित्यः सततं बभूव मृगया परः ॥ १-१०६-७ ॥

sanskrit

'Leaving his excellent palace with its luxurious beds, he became a permanent inhabitant of the woods, devoting the whole of his time to the chase of the deer.' ॥ 1-106-7 ॥

english translation

hitvA parAsAdanilayaM zubhAni zayanAni ca araNyanityaH satataM babhUva mRgayA paraH ॥ 1-106-7 ॥
