यात्वा देवव्रतेनापि मद्राणां पुटभेदनम विश्रुता तरिषु लॊकेषु माद्री मद्रपतेः सुता ॥ १-१०५-४ ॥

sanskrit

'Having, by the grace of the gods, obtained a son from Vayu, renowned throughout the three worlds for his prowess, she became known among men as the mother of the Pandavas.' ॥ 1-105-4 ॥

english translation

yAtvA devavratenApi madrANAM puTabhedanama vizrutA tariSu lòkeSu mAdrI madrapateH sutA ॥ 1-105-4 ॥
