सत्यवादी शम परस तपस्वी दग्धकिल्बिषः स नियुक्तॊ मया वयक्तं तवया च अमितद्युते भरातुः कषेत्रेषु कल्याणम अपत्यं जनयिष्यति ।। १-९९-१५ ।।

sanskrit

'A paragon of truthfulness in speech, devoid of worldly desires, a formidable ascetic who has absolved himself of all sins, he departed with his father soon after birth. Designated by both you and me, that radiant sage will undoubtedly bless the wives of your brother with virtuous offspring.' ।। 1-99-15 ।।

english translation

satyavAdI zama parasa tapasvI dagdhakilbiSaH sa niyuktò mayA vayaktaM tavayA ca amitadyute bharAtuH kaSetreSu kalyANama apatyaM janayiSyati || 1-99-15 ||
