ऋतुं वै याचमानाया न ददाति पुमान वृतः भरूणहेत्य उच्यते बरह्मन स इह बरह्मवादिभिः ॥ १-७८-३२ ॥

sanskrit

'He who, when requested by a woman in her fertile season, refuses to fulfill her wishes, is termed, O Brahmana, by those well-versed in the Vedas, as a destroyer of the embryo.' ॥ 1-78-32 ॥

english translation

RtuM vai yAcamAnAyA na dadAti pumAna vRtaH bharUNahetya ucyate barahmana sa iha barahmavAdibhiH ॥ 1-78-32 ॥
