शिष्यस्याशिष्य वृत्तेर हि न कषन्तव्यं बुभूषता तस्मात संकीर्ण वृत्तेषु वासॊ मम न रॊचते ॥ १-७४-९ ॥

'In the conduct of a disciple, there should be no desire for adornment, as it is not appropriate. Therefore, I find no satisfaction in a lifestyle confined to limited activities.' ॥ 1-74-9 ॥

english translation

ziSyasyAziSya vRttera hi na kaSantavyaM bubhUSatA tasmAta saMkIrNa vRtteSu vAsò mama na ròcate ॥ 1-74-9 ॥
