शौचार्थं यॊ नदीं चक्रे दुर्गमां बहुभिर जलैः यां तां पुण्यतमां लॊके कौशिकीति विदुर जनाः ॥ १-६५-३० ॥

'He it was who, for purposes of his ablutions, created a deep river that can with difficulty be forded, and which sacred stream is known by the name of the Kausiki.' ॥ 1-65-30 ॥

english translation

zaucArthaM yò nadIM cakre durgamAM bahubhira jalaiH yAM tAM puNyatamAM lòke kauzikIti vidura janAH ॥ 1-65-30 ॥
