तवम एकम आहुः कवयस तवाम आहुस तरिविधं पुनः तवाम अष्टधा कल्पयित्वा यज्ञवाहम अकल्पयन ।। १-२२०-२३ ।।

sanskrit

'The learned have described you as One, and again as possessing a triple nature. The wise conduct their sacrifices before you, envisioning you as having eight forms. The great Rishis proclaim that you have created this universe.' ।। 1-220-23 ।।

english translation

tavama ekama AhuH kavayasa tavAma Ahusa tarividhaM punaH tavAma aSTadhA kalpayitvA yajJavAhama akalpayana || 1-220-23 ||
