कषिप्तं कषिप्तं रणे चैतत तवया माधव शत्रुषु हत्वाप्रतिहतं संख्ये पाणिम एष्यति ते पुनः ॥ १-२१६-२४ ॥
'And, O Madhava, when hurled by you in battle against your foes, this weapon will irresistibly slay the enemy and return to your hands.' ॥ 1-216-24 ॥
