[बरह्मा] वैवस्वतॊ वयापृतः सत्र हेतॊस; तेन तव इमे न मरियन्ते मनुष्याः तस्मिन्न एकाग्रे कृतसर्वकार्ये; तत एषां भवितैवान्त कालः ॥ १-१८९-७ ॥
'Then the Creator said, "The son of Vivaswat is currently occupied with the grand sacrifice. That is why humans are not dying. However, when Yama's duties related to the sacrifice conclude, humans will once again begin to perish as before.' ॥ 1-189-7 ॥
