अर्धं च भीमाय ददाहि भद्रे; य एष मत्तर्षभ तुल्यरूपः शयामॊ युवा संहननॊपपन्न; एषॊ हि वीरॊ बहुभुक सदैव ।। १-१८४-६ ।।

sanskrit

'Give one half to Bhīma, for this strong youth of fair complexion, equal to a king of elephants, always eats a great deal.' ।। 1-184-6 ।।

ardhaM ca bhImAya dadAhi bhadre; ya eSa mattarSabha tulyarUpaH zayAmò yuvA saMhananòpapanna; eSò hi vIrò bahubhuka sadaiva || 1-184-6 ||

'"And divide the other half into six parts: four for these youths, one for myself, and one for you." Then, the princess, hearing these wise instructions from her mother-in-law, cheerfully carried out everything as directed.' ।। 1-184-7 ।।

अगस्त्यशास्ताम अभितॊ दिशं तु; शिरांसि तेषां कुरुसत्तमानाम कुन्ती पुरस्तात तु बभूव तेषां; कृष्णा तिरश चैव बभूव पत्तः ।। १-१८४-९ ।।

'Then those heroes spread their deer skin and laid themselves to sleep. The foremost of the Kuru princes positioned themselves with their heads towards the south. Kunti lay down along the line of their heads, and Krishna positioned herself along the line of their feet.' ।। 1-184-9 ।।

'Krishna, lying with the sons of Pandu on that bed of kusa grass, positioned along the line of their feet as if she were their lower pillow, did not feel sorrow in her heart nor harbor any disrespectful thoughts toward those noble Kurus.' ।। 1-184-10 ।।
