जानन्न अपि च यन पापं शक्तिमान न नियच्छति ईशः सन सॊ ऽपि तेनैव कर्मणा संप्रयुज्यते ॥ १-१७१-११ ॥
'When kings and others, capable of protecting my fathers, neglect that duty to indulge in the pleasures of life, I have valid reason to be enraged with them.' ॥ 1-171-11 ॥
