[ग] एवम उक्तस ततॊ हृष्टॊ वसिष्ठः शरेष्ठ भाग ऋषिः अस्ति संतानम इत्य उक्त्वा मृत्यॊः पार्थ नयवर्तत ॥ १-१६७-१५ ॥
'The Gandharva continued, 'Upon hearing her words, the illustrious Vasishtha was filled with great joy. Uttering, 'Ah, there is indeed an heir!' he ceased, O Partha, from contemplating self-destruction.' ॥ 1-167-15 ॥
