[आदृष्यन्ती] अयं कुक्षौ समुत्पन्नः शक्तेर गर्भः सुतस्य ते समा दवादाश तस्येह वेदान अभ्यसतॊ मुने ॥ १-१६७-१४ ॥

sanskrit

'Adrisyanti responded, "I carry in my womb a child from your son Saktri. He has been here for a full twelve years. The voice you hear is that of the sage who is reciting the Vedas."' ॥ 1-167-14 ॥

english translation

[AdRSyantI] ayaM kukSau samutpannaH zaktera garbhaH sutasya te samA davAdAza tasyeha vedAna abhyasatò mune ॥ 1-167-14 ॥
