[वस] कषत्रियाणां बलं तेजॊ बराह्मणानां कषमा बलम कषमा मां भजते तस्माद गम्यतां यदि रॊचते ॥ १-१६५-२८ ॥
'He responded, "The strength of a Kshatriya lies in physical prowess, while that of a Brahmana lies in forgiveness. As I cannot forsake forgiveness, you may go, Nandini, if you so desire."' ॥ 1-165-28 ॥
