[ग] एवं तस्यां तदा पर्थ धर्षितायां महामुनिः न चुक्षुभे न धैर्याच च विचचाल धृतव्रतः ॥ १-१६५-२७ ॥

sanskrit

'Upon hearing the cries of the tormented Nandini, the great sage remained steadfast, neither losing his patience nor wavering from his vow of forgiveness.' ॥ 1-165-27 ॥

english translation

[ga] evaM tasyAM tadA partha dharSitAyAM mahAmuniH na cukSubhe na dhairyAca ca vicacAla dhRtavrataH ॥ 1-165-27 ॥
