[बर] स विनिश्चित्य मनसा पाञ्चाल्यं परति बुद्धिमान जगाम कुरुमुख्यानां नगरं नागसाह्वयम ।। १-१५४-१६ ।।

sanskrit

'The Brahmana continued, 'Drona, endowed with great intelligence, was deeply aggrieved by this. Determined to find a way to humble the king of Panchala, he set his mind on a plan and went to the capital of the Kurus, a city named after an elephant.'' ।। 1-154-16 ।।

english translation

[bara] sa vinizcitya manasA pAJcAlyaM parati buddhimAna jagAma kurumukhyAnAM nagaraM nAgasAhvayama || 1-154-16 ||
