'On the banks of the fabled Manasarovara, where fruits and flowers bloomed in every season, Hidimba devoted herself completely to Bhima's happiness, ensuring that every moment they shared was filled with joy, wonder, and the deepest sense of connection.' ॥ 1-143-26 ॥

रमयन्ती तथा भीमं तत्र तत्र मनॊजवा परजज्ञे राक्षसी पुत्रं भीमसेनान महाबलम ॥ १-१४३-२७ ॥
'Endued with the speed of the mind, she sported with Bhima in all these regions, till in time, she conceived and brought forth a mighty son begotten upon her by the Pandava.' ॥ 1-143-27 ॥

विरूपाक्षं महावक्त्रं शङ्कुकर्णं विभीषणम भीमरूपं सुताम्रौष्ठं तीक्ष्णदंष्ट्रं महाबलम ॥ १-१४३-२८ ॥
'The child, born with terrifying features like misshapen eyes, a large mouth, pointed ears, copper-brown lips, and sharp teeth, possessed immense strength and unparalleled prowess, growing up to become a formidable archer with a mighty roar.' ॥ 1-143-28 ॥

महेष्वासं महावीर्यं महासत्त्वं महाभुजम महाजवं महाकायं महामायम अरिंदमम ॥ १-१४३-२९ ॥
'[The son was] a great archer, of great valor, great essence, great arms, great speed, great body, great illusion, and a destroyer of enemies.' ॥ 1-143-29 ॥

अमानुषां मानुषजं भीमवेगं महाबलम यः पिशाचान अतीवान्यान बभूवाति स मानुषान ॥ १-१४३-३० ॥
