[भम] वृथा मांसैर वृथा पुष्टॊ वृथा वृद्धॊ वृथा मतिः वृथा मरणम अर्हस तवं वृथाद्य न भविष्यसि ।। १-१४२-२५ ।।

sanskrit

'As he whirled the demon's body around, Bhima taunted his foe, declaring that the demon's strength, size, age, and intelligence were all futile, and that he would meet a meaningless death, ceasing to exist in vain that very day.' ।। 1-142-25 ।।

english translation

[bhama] vRthA mAMsaira vRthA puSTò vRthA vRddhò vRthA matiH vRthA maraNama arhasa tavaM vRthAdya na bhaviSyasi || 1-142-25 ||
