अद्य पाण्डुर मृतॊ राजा भराता मम सुदुर्लभः तेषु वीरेषु दग्धेषु मात्रा सह विशेषतः ।। १-१३७-११ ।।

'And he said, "King Pandu, my illustrious brother, has indeed passed away today, with the tragic demise of his heroic sons and their mother, who were burnt to death."' ।। 1-137-11 ।।

english translation

adya pANDura mRtò rAjA bharAtA mama sudurlabhaH teSu vIreSu dagdheSu mAtrA saha vizeSataH || 1-137-11 ||

'Go swiftly to Varanavata, men, and ensure that the funeral rites are conducted for those heroes and Kunti's daughter. Sanctify the bones of the deceased with customary rites, and perform all the customary and virtuous deeds customary on such occasions.' ।। 1-137-12 ।।
