पौरेषु तु निवृत्तेषु विदुरः सर्वधर्मवित बॊधयन पाण्डवश्रेष्ठम इदं वचनम अब्रवीत पराज्ञः पराज्ञं परलापज्ञः सम्यग धर्मार्थदर्शिवान ।। १-१३३-१८ ।।

sanskrit

'When the citizens had departed, Vidura, the knower of all duties, approached the foremost of the Pandavas and spoke these words: "The wise, the learned, the expert in conversation, and the one with a clear vision of righteousness and wealth."' ।। 1-133-18 ।।

english translation

paureSu tu nivRtteSu viduraH sarvadharmavita bòdhayana pANDavazreSThama idaM vacanama abravIta parAjJaH parAjJaM paralApajJaH samyaga dharmArthadarzivAna || 1-133-18 ||
