शेषेष्व अन्येषु कालेषु सवातन्त्र्यं सत्री किलार्हति धर्मम एतं जनाः सन्तः पुराणं परिचक्षते ॥ १-११३-२६ ॥
'A woman must always seek her husband during her menstrual period, but at other times she deserves freedom. The wise have declared this to be the ancient practice.' ॥ 1-113-26 ॥
english translation
zeSeSva anyeSu kAleSu savAtantryaM satrI kilArhati dharmama etaM janAH santaH purANaM paricakSate ॥ 1-113-26 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभर्ता भार्यां राजपुत्रि धर्म्यं वाधर्म्यम एव वा यद बरूयात तत तथा कार्यम इति धर्मविदॊ विदुः ॥ १-११३-२७ ॥
'O princess, whether righteous or unrighteous, whatever the husband instructs his wife, she should act accordingly. This is what the knowers of dharma understand.' ॥ 1-113-27 ॥
english translation
bhartA bhAryAM rAjaputri dharmyaM vAdharmyama eva vA yada barUyAta tata tathA kAryama iti dharmavidò viduH ॥ 1-113-27 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविशेषतः पुत्रगृद्धी हीनः परजननात सवयम यथाहम अनवद्याङ्गि पुत्रदर्शनलालसः ॥ १-११३-२८ ॥
'Especially, O one with faultless features, being deprived of the ability to conceive, yet desiring to see offspring, I deserve even more to be obeyed by you.' ॥ 1-113-28 ॥

vizeSataH putragRddhI hInaH parajananAta savayama yathAhama anavadyAGgi putradarzanalAlasaH ॥ 1-113-28 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथा रक्ताङ्गुलि तलः पद्मपत्र निभः शुभे परसादार्थं मया ते ऽयं शिरस्य अभ्युद्यतॊ ऽञजलिः ॥ १-११३-२९ ॥
'O amiable one, with my palms adorned with rosy fingers joined together like lotus leaves, I raise them to my head, seeking your favor.' ॥ 1-113-29 ॥

tathA raktAGguli talaH padmapatra nibhaH zubhe parasAdArthaM mayA te 'yaM zirasya abhyudyatò 'JajaliH ॥ 1-113-29 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमन्नियॊगात सुकेशान्ते दविजातेस तपसाधिकात पुत्रान गुणसमायुक्तान उत्पादयितुम अर्हसि तवत्कृते ऽहं पृथुश्रॊणिगच्छेयं पुत्रिणां गतिम ॥ १-११३-३० ॥
'O lovely one, it is appropriate for you to bear children at my command, through a Brahmana endowed with great ascetic merit. Then, because of you, O one with beautiful hips, I may follow the path reserved for those blessed with offspring.' ॥ 1-113-30 ॥

manniyògAta sukezAnte davijAtesa tapasAdhikAta putrAna guNasamAyuktAna utpAdayituma arhasi tavatkRte 'haM pRthuzròNigaccheyaM putriNAM gatima ॥ 1-113-30 ॥
