तद इदं कर्मभिः पापैः पूर्वदेहेषु संचितम दुःखं माम अनुसंप्राप्तं राजंस तवद विप्रयॊगजम ।। १-११२-२६ ।।

sanskrit

'O king, a wretched woman who lives even for a moment separated from her lord dwells in sorrow and suffers the pangs of hell right here. It seems that in a past life, I caused the separation of some loving couple, for which sinful act I am now enduring this torment of being separated from you.' ।। 1-112-26 ।।

english translation

tada idaM karmabhiH pApaiH pUrvadeheSu saMcitama duHkhaM mAma anusaMprAptaM rAjaMsa tavada viprayògajama || 1-112-26 ||
