सॊ ऽभिवाद्य पितुः पादौ कौसल्यानन्दवर्धनः यथार्हं मानयाम आस पौरजानपदान अपि ॥ १-१०५-२५ ॥

'Then Pandu, beholding Bhishma, who was a father to him, worshipped his feet and saluted the citizens and others as each deserved.' ॥ 1-105-25 ॥
