असच च सच चैव च यद विश्वं सद असतः परम परावराणां सरष्टारं पुराणं परम अव्ययम ।। १-१-२१।।

'The world we see and the unseen reality, both the temporary and the eternal, all come from an unchanging, everlasting source. This source is beyond what we can perceive, and it's described as the ultimate and timeless essence.' ।। 1-1-21 ।।

english translation

asaca ca saca caiva ca yada vizvaM sada asataH parama parAvarANAM saraSTAraM purANaM parama avyayama || 1-1-21||

'The epitome of benevolence and the very essence of goodness, deserving utmost reverence—pure and untarnished. This is Hari, the sovereign of capabilities, the guiding force for all that moves and remains still.' ।। 1-1-22 ।।
