अथॊतथ्य इति खयात आसीद धीमान ऋषिः पुरा ममता नाम तस्यासीद भार्या परमसंमिता ।। १-९८-६ ।।

sanskrit

'In this connection, there is another old history that I will recite to you. There was in the olden days a wise Rishi of the name of Utathya. He had a wife of the name Mamata whom he dearly loved.' ।। 1-98-6 ।।

english translation

athòtathya iti khayAta AsIda dhImAna RSiH purA mamatA nAma tasyAsIda bhAryA paramasaMmitA || 1-98-6 ||
