ततः संभूय सर्वाभिः कषत्रियाभिः समन्ततः उत्पादितान्य अपत्यानि बराह्मणैर नियतात्मभिः ॥ १-९८-४ ॥

sanskrit

'And when the earth was thus deprived of Kshatriyas by the great Rishi, the Kshatriya ladies all over the land had offspring raised by Brahmanas skilled in the Vedas.' ॥ 1-98-4 ॥

english translation

tataH saMbhUya sarvAbhiH kaSatriyAbhiH samantataH utpAditAnya apatyAni barAhmaNaira niyatAtmabhiH ॥ 1-98-4 ॥
