अस्ति मे मानुषे लॊके नरदेवात्मजा सखी नाम्ना जिनवती नाम रूपयौवन शालिनी ॥ १-९३-२१ ॥
'In the world of humans, I have a friend, the daughter of a king, known by the name Jinavati, distinguished for her beauty and youth.' ॥ 1-93-21 ॥

asti me mAnuSe lòke naradevAtmajA sakhI nAmnA jinavatI nAma rUpayauvana zAlinI ॥ 1-93-21 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउशीनरस्य राजर्षेः सत्यसंधस्य धीमतः दुहिता परथिता लॊके मानुषे रूपसंपदा ॥ १-९३-२२ ॥
'She is the widely renowned daughter of the wise and truth-abiding royal sage Ushinara, celebrated in the world of humans for her beauty.' ॥ 1-93-22 ॥

uzInarasya rAjarSeH satyasaMdhasya dhImataH duhitA parathitA lòke mAnuSe rUpasaMpadA ॥ 1-93-22 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतस्या हेतॊर महाभाग सवत्सां गां ममेप्सिताम आनयस्वामर शरेष्ठ तवरितं पुण्यवर्धन ॥ १-९३-२३ ॥
'For her sake, O illustrious one, bring the desired cow with all its offspring, O best of archers, to augment your merits.' ॥ 1-93-23 ॥

tasyA hetòra mahAbhAga savatsAM gAM mamepsitAma AnayasvAmara zareSTha tavaritaM puNyavardhana ॥ 1-93-23 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयावद अस्याः पयः पीत्वा सा सखी मम मानद मानुषेषु भवत्व एका जरा रॊगविवर्जिता ॥ १-९३-२४ ॥
'Therefore, O best of celestials, bring that cow so that my friend drinking of her milk may alone become on earth free from disease and decrepitude.' ॥ 1-93-24 ॥

yAvada asyAH payaH pItvA sA sakhI mama mAnada mAnuSeSu bhavatva ekA jarA rògavivarjitA ॥ 1-93-24 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएतन मम महाभाग कर्तुम अर्हस्य अनिन्दित परियं परियतरं हय अस्मान नासि मे ऽनयत कथं चन ॥ १-९३-२५ ॥
'O illustrious and blameless one, it is fitting that you fulfill this wish of mine. Indeed, nothing could be more pleasing to me.' ॥ 1-93-25 ॥

etana mama mahAbhAga kartuma arhasya anindita pariyaM pariyataraM haya asmAna nAsi me 'nayata kathaM cana ॥ 1-93-25 ॥
