सव्यतः कामिनी भागस तवया स च विवर्जितः तस्माद अहं नाचरिष्ये तवयि कामं वराङ्गने ॥ १-९२-१० ॥

sanskrit

'The left lap is reserved for one's wife, yet you have not chosen it. Thus, O finest of women, it is not appropriate for me to pursue you with desire. Instead, become my daughter-in-law; I choose you for my son.' ॥ 1-92-10 ॥

english translation

savyataH kAminI bhAgasa tavayA sa ca vivarjitaH tasmAda ahaM nAcariSye tavayi kAmaM varAGgane ॥ 1-92-10 ॥
