सार्वभौमः खलु जित्वाजहार कैकेयीं सुनन्दां नाम तस्याम अस्य जज्ञे जयत्सेनः ॥ १-९०-१६ ॥
'And Sarvabhauma married Sunanda, the Kekaya prince's daughter, obtained her by force. And he begat upon her a son named Jayatsena.' ॥ 1-90-16 ॥

जयत्सेनः खलु वैदर्भीम उपयेमे सुषुवां नाम तस्याम अस्य जज्ञे अराचीनः ॥ १-९०-१७ ॥
'Jayatsena married Susrava, the daughter of the king of Vidarbha, and they had a son named Avachina.' ॥ 1-90-17 ॥

अराचीनॊ ऽपि वैदर्भीम एवापराम उपयेमे मर्यादां नाम तस्याम अस्य जज्ञे महाभौमः ॥ १-९०-१८ ॥
'Avachina also wedded another princess from Vidarbha named Maryada. They had a son named Arihan.' ॥ 1-90-18 ॥

महाभौमः खलु परासेनजितीम उपयेमे सुयज्ञां नाम तस्याम अस्य जज्ञे अयुत नायी यः पुरुषमेधानाम अयुतम आनयत तद अस्यायुत नायित्वम ॥ १-९०-१९ ॥
'And Arihan married Angi and begat on her Mahabhauma. And Mahabhauma married Suyajna, the daughter of Prasenajit. And of her was born Ayutanayi. And he was so called because he had performed a sacrifice at which the fat of an Ayuta (ten thousand) of male beings was required.' ॥ 1-90-19 ॥

अयुतनायी खलु पृथुश्रवसॊ दुहितरम उपयेमे भासां नाम तस्याम अस्य जज्ञे अक्रॊधनः ॥ १-९०-२० ॥
'And Ayutanayi took for a wife Kama, the daughter of Prithusravas. And by her was born a son named Akrodhana.' ॥ 1-90-20 ॥
