कथं शुक्रस्य नप्तारं देव यान्याः सुतं परभॊ जयेष्ठं यदुम अतिक्रम्य राज्यं पूरॊः परदास्यसि ।। १-८०-१३ ।।

sanskrit

'O King, how can you bestow your kingdom upon Puru, overlooking your eldest son Yadu, born of Devayani and thus the grandson of the great Sukra? Indeed, Yadu holds the status of your eldest son.' ।। 1-80-13 ।।

english translation

kathaM zukrasya naptAraM deva yAnyAH sutaM parabhò jayeSThaM yaduma atikramya rAjyaM pUròH paradAsyasi || 1-80-13 ||
