sanskrit

'Seeing Kacha tending to the cattle in a secluded part of the forest, the Danavas, fueled by their resentment towards Brihaspati and their determination to guard the secret knowledge of revival, felt no guilt in killing a Brahmana. Driven by their animosity towards Brihaspati and eager to prevent Kacha from acquiring the knowledge of resurrection, they mercilessly murdered him. After killing him, they dismembered his body and scattered the pieces for jackals and wolves to consume.' ।। 1-71-26 ।।
