पूजयित्वा यथान्यायम अब्रवीत तं शकुन्तला अयं पुत्रस तवया राजन यौव राज्ये ऽभिषिच्यताम ॥ १-६८-१५ ॥

'After the sage's disciples had escorted her in, they went back to the hermitage. Shakuntala, having duly honored the king, presented her son to him, saying, "This is your son, O King! I urge you to inaugurate him as your heir-apparent."' ॥ 1-68-15 ॥

pUjayitvA yathAnyAyama abravIta taM zakuntalA ayaM putrasa tavayA rAjana yauva rAjye 'bhiSicyatAma ॥ 1-68-15 ॥
