[प] अग्निना भगवांस तस्मै रक्षसे ऽहं निवेदिता ततॊ माम अनयद रक्षः करॊशन्तीं कुररीम इव ॥ १-६-११ ॥

sanskrit

'Pauloma responded, 'O possessor of the six attributes! Agni, the god of fire, identified me to the Rakshasa. Then, like a female osprey, the Rakshasa carried me away while I cried.'॥ 1-6-11 ॥

english translation

[pa] agninA bhagavAMsa tasmai rakSase 'haM niveditA tatò mAma anayada rakSaH karòzantIM kurarIma iva ॥ 1-6-11 ॥
