अनुग्रहार्थं लॊकानां विष्णुर लॊकनमस्कृतः वसुदेवात तु देवक्यां परादुर्भूतॊ महायशाः ॥ १-५७-८३ ॥

sanskrit

'And Vishnu himself, of worldwide fame, and worshipped of all the worlds, was born of Devaki through Vasudeva, for the benefit of the three worlds.' ॥ 1-57-83 ॥

english translation

anugrahArthaM lòkAnAM viSNura lòkanamaskRtaH vasudevAta tu devakyAM parAdurbhUtò mahAyazAH ॥ 1-57-83 ॥
