यमॊ यथा धर्मविनिश्चयज्ञः; कृष्णॊ यथा सर्वगुणॊपपन्नः शरियां निवासॊ ऽसि यथा वसूनां; निधान भूतॊ ऽसि तथा करतूनाम ।। १-५०-१५ ।।

sanskrit

'You are akin to Yama in your mastery of dispensing justice and resemble Krishna adorned with every virtue. Your being is the embodiment of the auspiciousness that belongs to the Vasus.' ।। 1-50-15 ।।

english translation

yamò yathA dharmavinizcayajJaH; kRSNò yathA sarvaguNòpapannaH zariyAM nivAsò 'si yathA vasUnAM; nidhAna bhUtò 'si tathA karatUnAma || 1-50-15 ||
