एतच छरुत्वा तु राजा स पराग दीक्षा कालम अब्रवीत कषत्तारं नेह मे कश चिद अज्ञातः परविशेद इति ॥ १-४७-१६ ॥
'Upon hearing this, the king, with a sense of foreboding, addressed the gathering at the scheduled time for the auspicious consecration, expressing, "I sense an unknown threat looming over me here."' ॥ 1-47-16 ॥
