तस्मिन परतिगते विप्रे छद्मनॊपेत्य तक्षकः तं नृपं नृपतिश्रेष्ठ पितरं धार्मिकं तव ।। १-४६-२२ ।।

sanskrit

'After Kasyapa had departed, Takshaka, in the guise of a Brahmana, neared the virtuous king, thy father, and with the fiery venom of his poison, brought about his destruction.' ।। 1-46-22 ।।

english translation

tasmina paratigate vipre chadmanòpetya takSakaH taM nRpaM nRpatizreSTha pitaraM dhArmikaM tava || 1-46-22 ||
