तेनैवम उक्ता भरातरस तस्य तथा चक्रुः स तथा भरातॄन संदिश्य तक्षशिलां परत्यभिप्रतस्थे तं च देशं वशे सथापयाम आस ।। १-३-१८ ।।

sanskrit

And accepting him for his Purohita, he returned to his capital; and he then addressed his brothers saying, 'This is the person I have chosen for my spiritual master; whatsoever he may say must be complied with by you without examination.' And his brothers did as they were directed. And giving these directions to his brothers, the king marched towards Takshyashila and brought that country under his authority. ।। 1-3-18 ।।

english translation

tenaivama uktA bharAtarasa tasya tathA cakruH sa tathA bharAtRRna saMdizya takSazilAM paratyabhipratasthe taM ca dezaM vaze sathApayAma Asa || 1-3-18 ||
