तम उवाचॊत्तङ्कः गुर्वर्थे कुण्डलाभ्याम अर्थ्य आगतॊ ऽसमीति ये ते कषत्रियया पिनद्धे कुण्डले ते भवान दातुम अर्हतीति ।। १-३-१०८ ।।

sanskrit

'Utanka replied, "I have come for the purpose of my preceptor. Those ear-rings, O King, which are worn by your Queen, who is attached to a pair of ear-rings, it is for those I have come, and you are worthy of bestowing them." ।। 1-3-108 ।।

english translation

tama uvAcòttaGkaH gurvarthe kuNDalAbhyAma arthya Agatò 'samIti ye te kaSatriyayA pinaddhe kuNDale te bhavAna dAtuma arhatIti || 1-3-108 ||
