तथा वसूनां रुद्राणाम आदित्यानां च सर्वशः साध्यानां मरुतां चैव ये चान्ये देवता गणाः सवं सवं परहरणं तेषां परस्परम उपाद्रवत ॥ १-१६-२९ ॥

'And the weapons of the Vasus, the Rudras, the Adityas, the Sabhyas, the Maruts, and other gods, began to spend their force against one another.' ॥ 1-26-29 ॥

english translation

tathA vasUnAM rudrANAma AdityAnAM ca sarvazaH sAdhyAnAM marutAM caiva ye cAnye devatA gaNAH savaM savaM paraharaNaM teSAM parasparama upAdravata ॥ 1-16-29 ॥
