अनाधृष्टिर महातेजा उद्धवश च महायशाः साक्षाद बृहस्पतेः शिष्यॊ महाबुद्धिर महायशाः ॥ १-२१३-२६ ॥

'And there came Anadhrishti, renowned for his great prowess, and Uddhava, renowned for his great intelligence and soul, a disciple of Vrihaspati himself.' ॥ 1-213-26 ॥

सत्यकः सात्यकिश चैव कृतवर्मा च सात्वतः परद्युम्नश चैव साम्बश च निशठः शङ्कुर एव च ॥ १-२१३-२७ ॥

'Among the assembled warriors were the renowned figures of the Yadava clan: the valiant Satyaka and Satyaki, the formidable Kritavarma of the Satvata lineage, the illustrious Pradyumna, the mighty Samba, and the esteemed Nishatha and Shankura.' ॥ 1-213-27 ॥

चारुदेष्णश च विक्रान्तॊ झिल्ली विपृथुर एव च सारणश च महाबाहुर गदश च विदुषां वरः ॥ १-२१३-२८ ॥

'Among the assembled heroes were the courageous Charudesna, known for his prowess; the formidable duo of Jhilli and Viprithu; Sarana, distinguished by his mighty arms; and the erudite Gada, revered as the wisest among scholars.' ॥ 1-213-28 ॥

'These and many other Vrishnis, Bhojas, and Andhakas came to Indraprastha, bringing along numerous wedding gifts.' ॥ 1-213-29 ॥

'Upon learning of Krishna's arrival, King Yudhishthira promptly dispatched the twin brothers, Nakula and Sahadeva, to extend a formal welcome and receive the esteemed Madhava with due honors.' ॥ 1-213-30 ॥
