भक्तां भजस्य मां पार्थ सताम एतन मतं परभॊ न करिष्यसि चेद एवं मृतां माम उपधारय ॥ १-२०६-२९ ॥

sanskrit

'Recognize me as your devotee, O Partha! Therefore, surrender yourself to me. This is indeed the counsel of the wise—that one should accept a woman who approaches. If you do not act thus, know that I will perish.' ॥ 1-206-29 ॥

english translation

bhaktAM bhajasya mAM pArtha satAma etana mataM parabhò na kariSyasi ceda evaM mRtAM mAma upadhAraya ॥ 1-206-29 ॥
